1. Purchase and fitting details · 2. Twelve-visit rotation history · 3. Detailed workshop inspection.
Print all three pages to start. For later services, choose page 3 in the print dialog and print another inspection sheet. Use A4 portrait at 100% scale; turn off browser headers and footers.
Evidence matters: the workshop should complete and sign this pack. Keep an invoice, job card or workshop report for every visit, including free rotations. Traction Tyres uses these records to prepare Predator’s required service and claim forms; further evidence may be requested.
For a claim, keep the affected tyres. Traction Tyres will help gather tyre identification and tread-depth photos, issue-specific photos or test reports, and the signed manufacturer claim form. Predator’s original service form ↗
Fitter to complete at installation. Keep the original purchase invoice and warranty terms with this pack.
Record the actual starting position. LF = left front, RF = right front, LR = left rear, RR = right rear, viewed facing forward. Use other position descriptions where required.

Rotation planning: book UHP passenger tyres by 5,500 km and standard light-truck tyres by 8,000 km. These intervals sit within the published 3,500 / 5,000-mile limits respectively. Follow any shorter specified interval and the correct pattern for your fitment.

Reference each document by visit number. Record replacements and any rotation not performed, with the reason.
Evidence to keep: the original purchase invoice and warranty terms, plus each dated service invoice, job card or workshop report. Free rotation? Ask for a zero-charge job card or written confirmation. Keep originals and clear digital backups. Owner-written entries alone are not proof of service.
Servicing workshop to complete at the visit. Attach the supporting invoice, job card or service report.
Measure tread depth in millimetres. Use consistent pressure units and record whether readings were cold or warm. Note repairs, damage or unusual wear below.

Workshop verification: record only work performed and measured readings. Note findings, repairs, recommendations and reasons for any omitted checks or rotation.
Technician signature confirms the recorded work and readings. Retain supporting workshop records so the service can be verified. Statutory rights are unaffected.
